Providers Choice is required by USDA Food Program regulations to retain any claiming records while you are participating on the Food Program with our agency, and for three years after you are no longer participating on the Food Program with our agency.

Providers Choice does not sell, rent or trade your personal information to third parties. However, Providers Choice will cooperate fully with any investigation being conducted by officials responsible for the enforcement of Minnesota's child abuse and neglect statutes.
